1.1 Jiaxing Yuewu: refers to the service providers and affiliated companies under the Jiaxing Yuewu brand, hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxing Yuewu," "we," "us," or "our."

1.2 Third Party: refers to suppliers, partners, and other related entities with whom we cooperate for personal information processing, data storage, system maintenance, business support, payment, logistics, marketing, risk control, and similar purposes.

When you use Jiaxing Yuewu's products or services, we may collect one or more of the following categories of information for the purposes of entering into and performing contracts, carrying out electronics-industry-chain business, processing orders, completing payments, providing after-sales support, ensuring security, and satisfying legal and regulatory requirements:

2.1 Personal Information You Provide to Us

(1) Account Registration Information. When you register a Jiaxing Yuewu account, we may require you to provide relevant information including account name, password, mobile number, and verification code. During or after account creation, you may also supplement your profile with information such as nickname, name, and email address.

(2) Contact Information. When you make purchases, submit orders, request invoices, redeem prizes, consult sales representatives, request after-sales support, or contact customer service, you may provide your name, contact details, shipping address, company name, department information, customer number, invoicing information, tax information, and similar details.

(3) Transaction and Settlement Information. When you use prepayment, payment, refund, withdrawal, or other settlement services, you may need to provide financial account information such as bank account name, bank account number, bank name, payment account, email address, and associated mobile number.

Our services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 or above with full civil rights capacity and full civil conduct capacity, except for persons who are at least 16 years old and rely mainly on their own labor income for livelihood and are legally deemed to have full civil conduct capacity. Minors under the age of 18 shall obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products and services.
